Return and Exchange Requests

  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • Photographs, if relevant to the issue

Wait for approval before sending the item back. Follow the provided instructions for packaging and the return address.

Requirements Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in the condition they were delivered, without signs of use beyond initial inspection (unused and unwashed)
  • Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories

Products that fail to meet these conditions are not qualified for return or exchange.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email info@hollingmere.com including:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

After review, you can request a replacement or a full refund.

Refund processing

After receiving and inspecting returned items, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. The timing for funds to appear may vary depending on your financial institution. You will be notified once the refund has been completed.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins. To request a cancellation, contact us promptly at info@hollingmere.com. If you decide not to keep an item after it has been delivered, you can initiate a return by following the steps described above.

Additional notes

Customers are responsible for return shipping on items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect. Ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. No restocking fees are charged.
